What this website keeps

Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no database. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, processes visitors' IP addresses in its server logs to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

What happens when you book

The booking form asks for your name, mobile number, email, address, postcode, the plan and number of bins you chose, and any notes you add. When you press send, the form builds a message on your own device and opens WhatsApp with it filled in. Your details reach Spa4Bin only when you send that message (or the email version, if you choose it). WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

What we use your details for

• Confirming that we cover your street and matching you to your collection day.
• Carrying out your cleans and contacting you about them.
• Sending you the Direct Debit link if you choose a subscription. No card or bank details are taken on this website.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call or WhatsApp 07812 382563.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
